Natural Remedies for Constipation

Constipation is a very unpleasant occurrence. If your bowel do not function properly and difficult to push away, it seems likely that there is a problem with nutrition. So you attempt to change a diet. Very often the problem with constipation can be easily solved. There are many natural remedies for constipation but first of all you must change the way of life.

The first rule is, anyone who has problems with constipation should drink plenty of fluids and eat foods high in fiber.

These indigestible food ingredients are the skin of fruits (especially skin of apples, plums, peaches), vegetables and grains. In one word this is cellulose.

Rule number four, increase physical activity. Physical activity directly stimulates bowel activity.

Rule number five, avoid excess use of laxatives, especially in the synthetic form. This will slow down the natural activity of the bowel and constipation will be more frequent. So, how to cure constipation?
